Refund and Returns Policy
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement of size only.
Once the order is booked the same can not be cancelled.
If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at email@example.com with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request.
Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange.
The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you and the cost of re shipping the product back to you has to be borne by you.
Vastara reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used or if the accessories like mask / scrunchies which were sent as a part of the order is missing.
All products to be returned must be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org
within 7 Days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 working days of the receipt of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents ( like the invoice which is a part of the order ) with the product.
Please note: All products under SALE or purchased using a coupon/discount code are not valid for any exchange or return.
