Return, Refunds and Size Exchange Policy
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
There’s NO REFUND once payment is done however we can give you credit points that can be used in your future purchase (on a case to case basis)
We usually don’t encourage size exchanges as it’s a tedious process for you. Please be sure before placing your order but if you still want to exchange we are open to do that but please be informed it’ll take minimum 10-14 business days to receive the exchanged product.
Only size exchange can be done we can’t do a product exchange. In case the very same product isn’t available, you can choose an alternate product.
If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered, the form attached at the end of this page for raising exchange request has to be filled within 24 hours of receipt of order. If the form is not filled within 24 hours, the product will not be eligible for exchange. The form for raising request for exchange is attached at the end of the page and kindly fill in the required details and submit the form.
The product for which you want size exchange should be shipped back to us within 7 days from filling the form.
Vastara would not entertain exchanges if the above two conditions are not fulfilled. Once the form is filled you will get a prompt mentioning the address as to where the same is to be shipped and an email will also be sent to you with all the required details. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you and the cost of re shipping the product back to you has to be borne by you.
In case the product is damaged, we need an opening video of the product and images of the product in damaged condition. This is because all the orders are fully quality checked and shipped. So team needs product opening video and if it’s faulty the team will send a fresh piece immediately. Without an opening video, we would not be able to entertain any requests.
Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange.
Vastara reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used or if the accessories like mask / scrunchies which were sent as a part of the order is missing or if the product is stained / crushed. Exchange will not be entertained if the product is received in any condition as stated above.
