Return, Refunds and Size Exchange Policy

At Vastara The Label, we strive to provide premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience for our customers worldwide. Every product listing is carefully curated with detailed descriptions, sizing information, fabric details, and care instructions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

All orders undergo multiple quality inspections before dispatch to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns for products once sold and delivered.

However, we do provide size exchanges for eligible domestic orders subject to the conditions mentioned below.


2. Exchange Eligibility

We currently offer exchanges only for orders delivered within India.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Unworn
    • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage
    • Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any)
  • Products purchased during SALE, promotional campaigns, or using discount/coupon codes are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
  • International orders are currently not eligible for exchanges.

3. Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

  • Minor colour variations due to screen/display differences
  • Fabric texture expectations
  • Personal preferences regarding fit or material feel
  • Products showing signs of usage or damage
  • Missing accessories or complimentary items
  • Crushed, stained, altered, or improperly packed items

Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to different screen resolutions and display settings.


4. Exchange Charges

A processing fee of ₹200 per product will be applicable for all approved size exchange requests.

Once payment is completed, customers are requested to share the payment screenshot via email at:

5. Exchange Process

If your exchange request meets our eligibility criteria, the following process will apply:

Step 1 – Raise an Exchange Request

Customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery through the exchange form available on our website.

Step 2 – Ship the Product

Our support team will provide the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for securely shipping the item back using a reliable courier service.

After dispatch, customers must share:

  • Courier company name
  • Tracking/AWB number
  • Proof of dispatch (POD)

Important: Vastara The Label is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit when shipped by the customer.

Step 3 – Quality Inspection

Once received at our warehouse, the product will undergo a quality inspection.

If approved, the exchanged size will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.


6. Exchange Limitations

  • Size exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • Multiple exchange requests for the same order/product will not be entertained.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit voucher equivalent to the product value will be issued.


7. Store Credit Policy

Where applicable, store credit vouchers issued by Vastara The Label:

  • Are valid for 90 days from the date of issue
  • Can only be used on purchases made through vastarathelabel.com
  • Are non-refundable and non-transferable

8. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear unboxing/opening video
  • Images showing the damaged or defective product

As all orders undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, these proofs are mandatory for verification.

Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims related to damaged or defective items.

Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.


9. Refund Policy

We generally do not provide refunds once products are sold and delivered.

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances (such as verified defective products), may be subject to:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Transaction processing fees
  • Shipping deductions

A deduction of up to 5% payment gateway charges may apply to approved refund cases.


10. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Vastara The Label reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Inventory issues
  • Payment verification concerns
  • Suspicious transactions
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


11. RTO (Return to Origin) & Failed Delivery Attempts

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Customer being unreachable
  • Failure to respond to delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer will be required to pay a ₹100 reshipping fee for re-dispatch.

Vastara The Label shall not be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.


12. Final Decision Rights

Vastara The Label reserves the right to:

  • Refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements
  • Reject products failing quality inspection
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice

The final decision regarding exchanges, refunds, and cancellations remains solely at the discretion of Vastara The Label.
