5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Any reshipping charges arising from such issues shall be borne by the customer.

the customer may be required to pay additional reshipping charges before re-dispatch.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
9. Damaged Packages During Transit
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or visibly damaged:

Claims made without valid supporting evidence may not be eligible for resolution.
