2. Order Processing & Production Time

Certain products may be made-to-order or require specific production timelines.

The estimated production or processing time for each product will be clearly mentioned in the respective product description page.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Please note:

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

• During festive periods, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing timelines may be slightly extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, domestic shipments are generally delivered within:

International Orders

International shipping timelines vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and courier operations. Estimated delivery time:

• 5–12 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen logistical or customs-related circumstances.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Tracking number (AWB)

• Courier partner details

• Shipment tracking link

will be sent to your registered email address and/or phone number.

Customers may use the tracking details to monitor shipment progress in real time.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• VAT/GST

• Local handling charges

if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are not controlled by Vastara The Label.

Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in shipment delays, holds, or returns.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Flight or transportation disruptions

• Public holidays

• High shipping volumes

Vastara The Label shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

However, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and coordinating deliveries with the courier partner.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Vastara The Label will not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional charges arising from:

• Incorrect addresses

• Incomplete address information

• Incorrect contact details

• Failure to receive the package

Any reshipping charges arising from such issues shall be borne by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

• Customer unavailability

• Refusal to accept delivery

• Incorrect address

• Failure to respond to courier attempts

the customer may be required to pay additional reshipping charges before re-dispatch.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

9. Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or visibly damaged:

• Please record an unboxing/opening video immediately

• Take clear photographs of the package and product

• Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

Claims made without valid supporting evidence may not be eligible for resolution.
